They are offering Iranian dishes in differnt ways, based on Iranian cuisines, German styles and international rules. So, they can attract always some new clients, keep a certain number of customers per day and offer a good services to their regular clients. Some of their particular Gilak side dishes and dressing are made of Gilan cuisines, the region near by Caspian Sea in north of Iran. A wonderful taste for an amazing meal, makes something different.
That's why after 5 years their business going on well and slightly improving every year,while there are good competition between Iranian restaurants in Dusseldorf as well.
At the beginning the business started by the idea of a couple who are the owner of the restaurnt now and they learnt that a succesful Iranian resturant in Dusseldorf, should be a right place for both Iranian and German. Beside their tasteful dishes they promot some caltural efforts depends on Iranian cultural events and annual occasions of both calenders, German and Iranian, and it could be considered as an attraction too.




Then some others tried to establish something similar and as usual some of them became successful and some others closed down.
Today Rivas is well know as a good resturant, not only for some people in Dussseldorf, but also for the Iranian all over Germany, some Iranian artists who are living in Germany and those who are coming to the area for some concerts or by tours. And for sure for some Iranian soccers who are playing in Boundes Leiga, their fans and supporters.
I really enjoied of the meal I had and the atmospher I were.
