US Canada Blackouts

Millions remain without power in major cities after the most serious blackouts in decades.
Officials not sure what caused outage across 9,300 square miles from Detroit to New York to Canada
Canadian officials say fire at a power plant in Niagara Falls, New York, is suspected cause
The US Department of Homeland Security said it was investigating the cause of the blackouts but US officials - who dispute the Niagara theory - have said there is no evidence terrorism is to blame.
The mayor of N.Y. said there is no any evidence of terrorism.
The situation was made more uncomfortable by the 90F (32C) heat in New York and Toronto.
Traffic lights failed, underground railways were evacuated and people were trapped in lifts in offices and apartments.
It's frightening.

The Empire State Building remains dark as other buildings are lit by backup generators

As power slowly returns, the questions begin.
NEW YORK (CNN)
-- The cause of a blackout that affected all of New York City and much of the Northeast on a sweltering August day remained uncertain Friday morning as power began to trickle back to a few, even as more than 15 million from Detroit to Ottawa remained without electricity.

RECENT US BLACKOUTS
1996: 4m people hit by electricity outage across nine states
1977: lightning strike leaves New York without power for 25 hours
1965: power loss in north-east US and southern Canada hits 30m people

After September 11 this blackout refers that New York is not really a safe place to live. We will be hearing more about this blackout if they do not censor the truth and blackout does not continue in media.
And my questions:
Isn't all related to American government and Mr. Bush team?
Who made the life so frightening all over the world?
