My Long Weekend

I have been planning to expend last 3 days of this trip in Switzerland. I left from Florence on Thu. 15.15 P.M. and arrived to Zurich at 16.35. The perfect schedule of Swissair and good services during the flight made the flight more enjoyable. Actually it is the norm of their usual flights and you will see the differences.
When I arrived to Zurich and on the way going to Bern I had the same feeling of the day I arrived to Milan from Toronto, when I had been driving to Carrara. It was because of same atmosphere I fell within last days of my stay. Too heavy to brief! And then when it became over I had the same feeling of a boy who get back home from an officially ceremony and suddenly feels happy light and released.
From Zurich we drove to Bern and then a wonderful Iranian dinner completes the day to start a long weekend after couple of month.

The long weekend started from Bern on Friday and at the morning it was a relaxing day by more than one hour of walking and watching football match. The second day was a hot Saturday and we went to Geneva. After 10 minutes we were in Annemasse, a French boarder town next to Geneva. We could find our friend Ali who is leaving there along with his French wife and a 14 months son. They offered a picnic and the place was a beautiful Plage near by Evian, a beach of Lausanne lake in France. We had a light lunch and then football!! Such a wonderful match!
Evian
Sightseeing in Evian where recently the session of G8 had been placed, walking beside the lake and Ice-cream , So simple and pleasant! That was the pleasure of evening in Evian.

I asked for Evian mineral water from the source, the Famous Evian fountain. Finally we could find and drink the real mineral water, refresh ourselves. It was really a good digestive and a good aperitif before the dinner.

The trip ended to Geneva at almost midnight and a walk to see the beauties of the city during the night time, to go to bed as late as possible!
