Seezdah Beh Dar Fool and April Fool

Doroogh e Seezdah Beh Dar or Seezdah beh Dar Fool is one of the customs of this day in Iran. I don�t know if there is really any relation between April fool on Apr, 03, and Seezdah Beh Dar Fool on Apr.02! There are a lot of similarly between different people and their cultures!
