All Politicians

Couple of years ago, some people started a business together which was almost nothing at the beginning, only problems. They establish a company for a certain activity and little by little all the issues had been solved and the company slowly grown up developed improved and got some properties. At the beginning they were unite and respect each other, especially a lot of respects to the older one, who was looking nice, logic, fair and correct. The company was going on, but as usual new thoughts came up!
They had assigned someone as managing director, but step by step everybody was going to tell him how to manage the things based on his own policy. They wouldn�t like to accept the reality to let the manager run the company. Day by day each of them found out that he is the brain and other should follow his advises. They have been made of four groups, B, F, M and group N. All of them like politicians tried to carry on the leadership of the company, to run everything based on their own interests!
The older one (head of group N) became the first loser. He had played too many tricks to impress others and he overestimates himself as a great politician. At the first step, his attack to main investor partner (group F) has been failed and his policy to mix all the finances of different groups had been refused. He faced the strongest defends and protests from group M who has been planning his own policy to eliminate N from the company. But the head of N insist on his opinion and create a lot of frictions between other members. Although other groups were agreed to invest their part, but group N thought their policy would go on successfully.
After some general meeting of shareholders, group B understood the reality that group N won�t involve them in one Rial of investment and try to push others to invest on behalf of them, which unreasonable demand was. When B got the point, changed his mind and start a new policy to stand up against M and N and somehow tries to put them out of the company! He said everybody would like to be a partner of others money and he won�t like to be partner of everybody who is passing by his office. Head of B has started a real fight and wanted to take advantage of this situation.
That was the reason M decided to leave N alone with his politics and clarify everything with other partners. They have reached to the point to eliminate group N from all of their partnership and separate their business to reduce headaches. The head of M expressed his strategy to F and in some way asked him to follow his policy! But it was too indigestible for F to follow their instruction. F prefers to continue their independency and not to follow any other policy. When N became isolated, has decided to get closer to F, but it was too late. Nobody trusts him anymore. He became the first loser. But what would happened to others? It seems to be the destiny of all politicians to be loser at the end.
