To Look Up Somebody

There are different types of people and some of them would rather to be a follower, to look after a leader or a guide. They believe that they are too week for some responsibilities and prefer to carry on the easiest way to reach to the target. They are not familiar with self confidence and they would be too worried when they are alone with a simple job!
In any case they need to rely on somebody, and to find the reliable one they look up someone who has a better presence. Even though, the one might be not as strong as they think,but for them is a brief. Those people need to look up somebody!
