In private sector a manager can have full time management in one company. If he has some people in different positions to follow his instructions he can run some other business as well. But if the persons under his pay role are not qualified he has to work hard. As much as he can expend his time he can get success. But to manage a successful business in a well organized company is much easier than running some bankrupted people�s business in 3 different colonies named companies. A man runs 4 companies of himself and taking care of other 3 business of bankrupted as well.
